Every product we make is created just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

We want you to be happy with your order, so if your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error, we’ll make it right, just let us know within 10 days of delivery.

Simply fill out our “Get in Touch” form and include a clear photo of the problem and we'll send a follow up within 24 hours after review.

Production and Shipping

Free shipping for orders $99 or more.

• All products are made to order and typically ship within 2-7 business days after payment is confirmed.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

• If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal at delivery, you may choose to have the order reprinted and reshipped for an additional charge to cover production and shipping costs.

• Alternatively, you can request a partial refund for the order (shipping costs are non-refundable).

• If your order  is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
